Volunteer Coordinator Application

This role requires approximately 4-6 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work alongside leadership on people operations.

Position responsibilities include:

Onboard new volunteers and guide them through their first weeks
Schedule and coordinate volunteer activities across departments
Track volunteer engagement and maintain positive experiences
Work with department leads to match volunteers with roles
Develop processes for volunteer management and retention
Build a community culture focused on commitment and impact
Collaborate with leadership on volunteer strategy and growth
Help maintain high quality standards for our volunteer community

No prior experience is required. This is a critical role - we're building out our people operations and want volunteers who are invested in our mission. Strong opportunity to grow into leadership positions.
